Shipping and Delivery Terms
Shipping Carrier
We use DPD for all our deliveries, ensuring a reliable and efficient next-day delivery service.
Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 14 days after payment is received in full. Custom orders may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery is next working day via DPD after dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including delays by the courier.
Delivery Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and will be included in your invoice. Additional charges may apply for remote areas or international deliveries.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery through DPD’s tracking system.
Delivery Address
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details.
Missed Deliveries
In case of a missed delivery, DPD will attempt redelivery as per their policy. Additional charges may apply for multiple redelivery attempts.
Damage or Loss During Transit
We take utmost care in packaging your orders securely. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us and DPD within 48 hours of receipt. For lost packages, we will liaise with DPD to resolve the issue.
